Julie Cooper has been an innovative facilitator, training consultant and coach for over 15 years, throughout which her skills and enthusiasm have kept her in demand.
Julie specialises in identifying training needs and building bespoke professional development programmes, with a focus on one to one skills.
Her specialist abilities include interpersonal skills, psychometric assessment and professional development, for teams and individuals right up to Director level.
Her clients include Saint-Gobain, Daniels Group and Luminus Group, where she has added value through leadership development and coaching projects, realising potential and helping career progression.
She has been an Associate Coach for Cranfield School of Management, she has coached Clinical Directors and Senior Business Managers at Kings College Hospital, and has recently managed assessment centres for a major international organisation.
Julie is co-author of the acclaimed One to One Toolkit, Groupwork Toolkit and Job Interview Toolkit series of professional handbooks.
She is an accredited Appraisal 360 Feedback Practitioner and a British Psychological Society Registered Test User, qualified to use Myers Briggs Type indicator, 16PF5 Personality Questionnaire and SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire. Other qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Educational and Vocational Guidance from the University of Cambridge.
She has been a visiting lecturer for Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Luton. She is a member of the Institute for Learning, and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
