We partner with a number of our clients and executive search agencies to provide a bespoke executive assessment service to support recruitment and selection and internal promotion. Our mission is very simple - to help our clients appoint the right people. Sounds too simple you may think. However, how often have you heard of cases where talented people were hired with great expectations of success only to derail after six months or so in the job.

We use a range of well-researched pyschometric and other assessment tools to profile leadership competencies and behaviours. We conduct competency-based interviews to compliment these assessments. Based on these insights, we produce a comprehensive report for hiring and HR managers.
